BioNLP Shared Task is a series of Shared Task in Information Extraction from text in Biology. We contribute to the general organisation and to the organization of specific tasks on gene regulation in bacteria (LLL, BI, GRN) and plant (GRNA) and bacteria habitats (Bacteria Biotope tasks).
