Our research teams
The MaIAGE unit is structured into four research teams:
- StatInfOmics: Bioinformatics and Statistics for "omics" data
- BioSys: Systems Biology
- Dynenvie: Dynamic and statistical modelling for ecosystems, epidemiology and agronomy
- Bibliome: acquisition and formalization of knowledge from text
as well as a bioinformatics platform:
